No Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our products at the moment. All sales are final.
Exchanges Only:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchange Process:
Contact our Customer Service Team at contact@gangisluv.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label.
***Exchanges must be sent back within 3 days of receiving the return label, if not, your exchange will be null & void. We can not hold merchandise due to prolonged exchanges.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once the new item has been shipped.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for an $8 flat rate shipping fee.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
